Objective of the Assignment letter is to document the client's expectations in an unambiguous way. This letter is supportive to the PID the Engagement Manager has created conform the Unified Project Management method.

It contains the expectations regarding the various aspects of the engagement like: Time, List of deliverables (indicative), Effort, List of persons/stakeholders which will be involved and/or consulted and expectations that have been set by others.
